Kinks
I was using the hose outside and noticed that I wasn't getting a lot of water pressure. I made sure the water was fully turned on at the spout. I observed the hose and found a major kink. I removed the kink from the hose and the water pressure immediately started to change and get stronger. At that moment, I realized that our body's vitality is like that hose. If the body has no kinks, no blockages, then our blood and energy will flow freely and our cells, tissues and organs will receive sufficient nutrients, oxygen and blood. The water, or energy, will flow like the water from the hose. But if we have blockages in our system, our energy won't flow well. We will only be getting a fraction of the energy that we could be getting. What could cause blockages, those kinks in the hose?
